Nadège R. Petrie is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington. As the founder and Clinical Director of Hopeful Minds Counseling Services Corp, she leads a trauma-informed practice dedicated to serving diverse and underserved communities.
With over a decade of experience, Nadège specializes in working with children, pre-teens, and adolescents from inner-city and historically marginalized backgrounds. Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in cognitive-behavioral and narrative strategies.
Nadège is deeply committed to addressing systemic disparities in mental health access and quality. Through her leadership at Hopeful Minds, she has cultivated a practice that centers inclusivity, equity, and clinical excellence. As a clinical supervisor, she provides guidance to Registered Associates and master’s-level interns, fostering the development of ethical, culturally competent clinicians. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision, focusing on trauma and crisis.
Outside of her professional work, Nadège enjoys attending HIIT classes, hiking and running with her four-legged puppy, Ginni, and spending quality time with friends and family.
