Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our interdisciplinary team. The PMHNP will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, and providing ongoing medication management and psychotherapy services. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with therapists and administrative staff to ensure holistic care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients across the lifespan.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical team.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
- Provide psychotherapy services as appropriate to the practitioner's scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

Qualifications
